Ever ride SEPTA and marvel at the way Philadelphia neighborhoods connect? I do; I love Philly. I am a native Philadelphian. Who could ask for more than to be here? Oh, ignore that rhetorical question. And we won't go into the politics or the filth or the violent criminals.

What else can be said about me? I have collected dolls and action figures since my teen years. Barbie and G.I. Joe sized -- one-sixth or playscale -- figures are the focus of my collection. I write so often in my head, I don't always get around to putting words on paper. But I have started a blog about my hobby: http://phillycollector.blogspot.com/.

I'm here at PhillyFutures because I enjoy reading and learning about Philly and because I want to promote my hobby blog.

Oh and I have no interest in sports or the local teams. On the plus side, I don't hate them when they lose.
